Google Ads Account Managers Should Not Contact Customers Directly

There are a growing number of reports throughout the web of Google Ads accounts supervisors threatening to contact clients straight, in spite of not being enabled to.

According to the reports, agencies who don’t respond to e-mails from Google Advertisements account managers are being met risks from Google associates to get in touch with customers directly.

Sometimes, the Google Advertisements account managers call customers and inform them to drop their companies.

There are two things to make clear here:

  1. Agencies are not required to speak to Google associates
  2. At no point needs to a Google Ads account manager call a company’s client

Nevertheless, these reports are becoming more frequent.

Strategist, which reads: “I am writing to you one last time as a courtesy, because my sincere objective is to supply you

worth and advanced strategies with google ads and work with you closely, to help you conserve time and make your customers more successful with google ads, thus I am contacting you for the last time to inform you that if I do not reach you, I will presume that you are not getting my e-mails and will call the clients that I have actually been appointed straight.”Another Reddit user has nearly the very same story, stating they
